Nature & Culture
Bali's cultural heart, highland waterfalls and the dolphin coast
This gentle fifteen-day journey follows Bali’s most beautiful nature, from misty highlands to a dolphin-filled coast, with the island’s culture woven throughout. You begin in artistic Ubud, then travel with your own driver and guide into the mountains at Munduk, a cool green world of waterfalls, spice plantations and lakeside temples. On the quiet north coast at Lovina, black-sand beaches meet calm seas where dolphins gather at dawn, before a scenic route south brings you to relaxed Sanur for a beachside finish. Because you travel privately, each transfer becomes a day of discovery, pausing at UNESCO rice terraces, water temples and hot springs. It is Bali in balance: forest, temple and coast.

Yes, it is a private, independent tour with your own guide and driver for transfers and the included excursions. Your time in each area is your own. Pricing assumes a minimum of two travellers.
It focuses on the island’s landscapes: the highland waterfalls, lakes and plantations of Munduk, the dolphin coast of Lovina, and the UNESCO rice terraces of Jatiluwih, with culture woven throughout rather than beaches and islands.
Lovina is famous for the wild dolphins that gather offshore, and a dawn boat trip to see them is a highlight. As with any wildlife they cannot be guaranteed, but sightings are common.
Accommodation with breakfast, transfers, two guided excursions with lunch and all land transport are included. Budget separately for international flights, most meals, optional tours, visa and tourist tax and tips. The listed figure is a net agent rate to be marked up and converted.
