You can speak to our Expedition Experts by phone Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, and Saturday, 10:00am–4:00pm. If you prefer to contact us outside of these hours, feel free to send a message on WhatsApp or email. We monitor messages regularly and will reply as soon as we can, ensuring you’re supported whenever inspiration strikes.
We aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible. During our opening hours, you can usually expect to hear from one of our Expedition Experts within an hour of submitting an online enquiry. If you call us, we’ll always do our best to answer within three rings, so you can speak to someone right away. Outside of core hours, messages are monitored regularly and we’ll come back to you as soon as we’re able.
