It is a private, independent tour. You have an English-speaking guide and driver for the airport transfers and the included full-day excursions, but your days in each area are your own to spend as you wish. Pricing is based on a minimum of two travellers.
The first stretch in Ubud is cultural, among temples, rice terraces and village life, while Kubu, Gili Trawangan and Sanur are about beaches, reefs and relaxation. It is designed as a balanced combination of the two.
By ferry from the Bali coast, included in the tour. Gili Trawangan itself is car-free and motorbike-free, so you get about on foot, by bicycle or by horse-drawn cart.
The price covers accommodation with breakfast, transfers, ferries, one guided excursion with lunch and all land transport. Budget separately for international flights, most lunches and dinners, optional day tours, the Indonesia visa and tourist tax, and tips. Note the listed figure is a net agent rate to be marked up and converted.
