Luxury Antarctic Peninsula Expedition
Luxury Antarctic Peninsula Expedition
This twelve-day expedition pairs the wild grandeur of the Antarctic Peninsula with the comfort of a small, refined expedition ship. Sailing round-trip from Puerto Williams at the very foot of Chile, you cross the Drake Passage and devote a full week to the far south, venturing through the iceberg-strewn Antarctic Sound and pressing below the Antarctic Circle, a reach that fewer ships attain. Days are spent ashore among penguin colonies and out by Zodiac and kayak among the ice, each outing led by a seasoned expedition team. Evenings return you to an ocean-view suite with butler service, all-inclusive fine dining across several restaurants and the quiet luxury of space and calm. This is Antarctica explored without compromise, where the rigour of genuine expedition travel meets an unhurried, elevated standard on board.

FAQs
The route is a genuine expedition, but the standard on board is elevated throughout: spacious ocean-view suites, almost all with a private veranda, butler service, all-inclusive fine dining across several restaurants, and premium beverages included. The expedition keeps the rigour of polar travel while removing the compromises.
A full week, days four to ten, is given to the far south. That includes the iceberg-filled Antarctic Sound and a push below the Antarctic Circle, with up to two expert-led excursions each day, giving a deeper and more unhurried exploration than shorter Peninsula voyages.
Crossing below the Antarctic Circle, around 66 degrees south, is a reach fewer ships attempt and a meaningful milestone. It brings remoter scenery, dense pack ice and a stronger sense of the deep south, weather and ice conditions permitting.
You cross the Drake Passage over days two and three heading south, and again on day eleven on the return. The crossing takes around two days southbound, eased by the comfort and stability of the ship.
