About RV Tonle Pandaw

RV Tonle Pandaw was built in Yangon and launched in 2002. She began her river life in Burma, but was moved to the Mekong where she has offered incredible expedition cruises between Saigon and Kampong Cham ever since. RV Tonle Pandaw is not a small ship, but her shallow draft makes her the perfect choice for up-river expeditions.

Itineraries on the 56 guest RV Tonle Pandaw are truly unique and every destination that she visits is pure delight – her Classic Mekong itinerary is always a popular option. RV Tonle Pandaw will sail from the port of Saigon, through the vast delta and then then travel along the main channel right into the heart of Cambodia.

All excursions with RV Tonle Pandaw include bottled drinking water, a shoe cleaning service and a cold towel service post-excursion. A trained first aider also accompanies each trip and admissions to any and all major sites are included.

Accommodation aboard RV Tonle Pandaw is exquisitely finished in teak and brass. The Upper Deck features 18 staterooms and the Main Deck houses 10 staterooms. All accommodations offer panoramic French windows, kimonos and slippers, air conditioning, unlimited mineral water, welcome flower arrangement and welcome gift, hair dryer, electric mini-safe, 24-hour laundry service, evening canapes and branded amenities.

Onboard RV Tonle Pandaw, guests will find a shop (supporting fair trade), art gallery, library, lecture and meeting room, relaxing area on the aft Upper Deck which is partly covered, guest relations desk, spa, gym and an indoor/outdoor restaurant also located on her Upper Deck.

Breakfast onboard is served buffet style, but is preceded by light bites, tea and coffee for early risers. Lunch is served either buffet style or a la carte, and dinners are 4-course themed delights. All of RV Tonle Pandaw’s ingredients are locally sourced and fresh, adding another dimension to your Asian expedition. Domestic beers, spirits, soft drinks, coffee and tea are complimentary and served on the upper deck at the bar/library lounge.
